I love shooting cocktails, and foodie shots – as we normally get to sample great #dorset produce on set. Although I don’t drink alcohol when I’m working we do make sure we make up that at the weekends where possible. However, shooting raw meat in the studio comes with its own set of problems.

Handing the produce, styling and lighting – we opt for latex gloves and a lot of planning – with a great range of goat meat products from www.newbarnfarmdorset.co.uk and a few props from our extensive range here at the studio – including a few IOShen Knives we set to work.  I’m not sure the heart image is going to get much love this valentines but we do our best.
